About Me

Adeline graduated from Columbus High School in 2002 and continued her education at Hastings College, where she ran cross country and track. She graduated in 2006 with a BA in 7-12 Social Studies Education and earned a Master's Degree from University of Nebraska-Kearney in 2009 in Mild/Moderate Special Education. Adeline now lives in Seward with her husband, Philip, and two sons, Quinn and Anders. She teaches special education at the ESU 7 in Columbus. PRs include: 5:45 mile (Lincoln Mile 2014), 19:59 5k (Omaha Hollywood Run 2011), 40:36 10k (Leprechaun Chase 2014), 1:31 Half-Marathon(Lincoln 2014), and 3:43 Marathon (Des Moines 2010). She is also a member of the 2013 and 2014 Market to Market Iowa women's champion team. In addition, Adeline competes in triathlon and own a 2:53 PR in the Olympic distance (Omaha Triathlon 2012). She also completed her first Half-Ironman in the summer of 2014 (Ironman Steelhead 70.3) finishing in 5:48.
